What are Sola wood flowers? 

That is a great question and we wrote a blog post all about these freaking cool wood flowers and pretty much every other most commonly asked question about sola wood flowers we have been asked!  You can find it right here!  Please note that these wood flowers are a natural product and has earthy smell especially when receiving the flowers bagged up, once getting your order please open the plastic bags to let the flowers breath a bit and the smell will dissipate fairly quick.   Because these flowers are made from wood knots and veining will be visible on the petals this adds to the uniqueness of this natural product.  
 

How do you dye raw the sola wood flowers?

That is one of the most common questions we get, and yes 100% you can dye sola wood flowers and it is really easy! Check out our blog post for an easy to follow instructional tutorial! Click here for that post.

 

Are these flowers loose or can I get stems attached?

All of our sola flowers are loose (minus the hydrangeas that are made with a stem).  To stem the flowers it is very simple, here is a quick video tutorial on how to do this!  

I messaged you (via FB, IG, contact form or email) when should I get a response back?

Our operating hours are 9-5 EST Monday through Friday.  Please give us 24 hours to respond to messages during normal business hours.  If you havent heard back from us after that please send another message or reach out a different way.  We do our best to respond back ASAP but please note we are a small (but mighty) team and do our best to respond back in a prompt matter.

 

What is your lead and shipping time?

For many of the craft supply items including our sola wood flower, they will ship in 2-5 business days! (to be noted during special sale events shipping times may vary and will be noted on the top banner of the website)   Please see the item listing; for the lead time, it will be at the bottom of the description (if it is not listed it ships in the 2-5 day window time frame). 
**TO BE NOTED**  Express shipping only covers the speed of the time USPS has to deliver the order, we still can take up to 5 business to process and get the order ready to ship.  
Once your order ships we sadly have no control or can guarantee the transit times that it may take UPS, Fedex or USPS to deliver your order.  

What shipping options do you offer? 

We currently offer shipping via UPS and USPS.  Please note at the time of ordering if you pick priority or UPS Ground we do make a determination at the time of shipping if a different shipping option is available that will get your order to you sooner we will pick that option instead.  The only time we won’t do this is if you request USPS First Class (if available) Please contact us with any questions or concerns about this before placing an order. 

Can I make a change to my order before it ships? 

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order (adding items or removing items) to keep our quick turn arounds, orders are in processing quickly after being placed, and it is too difficult and mistakes could easily be made (which no one wants) by offering order adjustments.  A new order will need to be placed for additional items.  Please also see our cancellation and return policy.

Can you combine shipping?

We cannot combine orders.  Due to the volume of orders we get daily and the way our systems are set up it is nearly impossible for us to offer combining shipments without errors and mistakes happening. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we do not offer a cancellations.  If you have any questions about our products please contact us before placing your order.  If there is an issue with a coupon not applying correctly after an order has been placed please reach out to us and we can further investigate. 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.  If there is an issue with your order please contact us within a week of delivery at info@ohyourelovely.com .  Please do not alter your order (dyeing, trimming the flowers, etc) before contacting us if there is potential damage as this will null and void any damage claims.  Please note damage claims may result in a refund of said items or replacement it is determined on a case by case basis determined by Oh You're Lovely.
 

Coupons! 

Because we all love a good deal, from time to time we do offer different coupons.  It is possible that you will run across coupon codes on social media, from the Oh You're Lovely newsletter, or via our rewards program. No matter where your coupon codes came from you can only use 1 per order. Combining codes under any circumstance is prohibited. If an item is already discounted no further coupons can be used.  There are on rare occasions items that no coupon codes will be valid on and those items will be noted within the product description. 
 

Does Oh You're Lovely offer wholesale?

Do you offered finished pieces?

We never want to be in competition with all of our thousands of customers that are sola artists so we do not offer finished/custom pieces.  We really appreciate that you like our work and we hope with the 100s of video tutorials we offer that it gives you the confidence to make something yourself!

Can I use photos from your site? 

All of our photographs are copyrighted and all rights reserved.  Please contact us at info@ohyourelovely.com  to get written consent to use our photographs for any reason.  

Do you have an affiliate program?

We do!  If you are a blogger, social media influencer, or have an audience you think would love our product let's chat!  Send any inquiries to info@ohyourelovely.com tell us a little bit about you & your business and we can see if we are a good fit! 

Any special notes in regards to large events? 

Yes!  For large events (our anniversary sale, Black Friday, etc) there are a few things to note:

  • We normally do need to expand our shipping times.  These times will be on the top of our site as well in other areas throughout the site.
  • No cancellations.
  • We are unable to make any changes to orders this includes adding items, taking away items or combining orders.
  • No further coupons can be used on marked down items.
  • All sales are final.
 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do ship internationally to a select list of countries.  Please note for any international shipping there may be customs, duties, taxes that you will be responsible for we are unable to calculate those fees for you prior to shipping. 

What is installments by Afterpay?

Installments by Afterpay allows you to purchase in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $200, you pay 4 installments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Installments by Afterpay as long as you pay on time.
